Appraisal January 2008
Summary
14 sites in Portishead have been assessed against ROSPA and
PSP criteria. The assessment is detailed on the following tables. Of the 14
sites only two fully meet the criteria, the Lake Grounds and Kilkenny Fields.
The other sites have been rejected for various reasons and
these are listed on the final table.
The Lake Grounds scores the highest but has been discounted
for the present because of opposition from the Town Council.
The preferred site is therefore Kilkenny Fields.
